The service
UX Surgery runs usability tests with synthetic users (AI agents) on websites and apps you are authorized to test, and delivers reports, recordings and fix suggestions.
Results are generated by AI and are hypotheses to be validated. They are not findings from real people and do not guarantee any business outcome.
Accounts and authorization
You must only test sites and apps you own or are authorized to test. See the Acceptable use policy.

Payments, credits and refunds
One-time purchases give 90 days of access to the study. Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Credits expire 60 days after they are added.
